Ok… you gotta wake up, and you don’t do coffee? Well, this is my favorite choice.
Ingredients:
Tea:
1 1/2 tablespoon of Green Matcha Powder
2 tablespoons of agave nectar or honey [i like it sweet... matcha is bitter!]
1 teaspoon of Cacao Butter
1 drop of cinnamon essential oil from doTERRA
8/16oz of water
Raw Vegan Vanilla Milk [makes 32oz]
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of raw almonds [soaked overnight and pealed]
1 tablespoon of fresh coconut meat, or coconut butter, or coconut oil.
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder, or extract
32 oz of filtered water
Prep:
Make the milk first, just add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend at high speed. You will only need 8oz to make the creamiest cup of matcha… you can save the rest in the fridge to use in other recipes.
Tea:
Add the matcha powder and the agave into a cup and blend. If you do this first, you won’t need a whisk, the agave and the matcha powder will blend perfectly. Once smooth, add the cacao butter, the cinnamon oil, the hot water, and the milk.
Super wake up yum!.
